Aw what a tribute! He’s a personal hero as well as an icon of the movement. Thanks for this unexpected gesture! He and his ideas certainly deserve to be disseminated to a much wider audience
While I'm not big on personality worshiping, he certainly is a great influence. "Bullshit Jobs" was one of my entries to anarchism and anti-capitalism in general, and "The Dawn of Everything" was just astonishing.
Absolutely! You’re right, no hero-worshipping here. For me it was his “Fragments of an Anarchist Anthropology” that helped me solidify my anarchist worldview. Still working through “Dawn of Everything,” and loving every page so far!
Have you seen his excellent piece “The Shock of Victory”? The folks over at CrimethInc republished it in tribute when he passed, and I’ve been digesting that one ever since.
Interesting ideas. I was myself an anarchist when I was younger, but in many ways I was more or less a rebel without a clue back then. Then of course I realized how impractical it is, at least at scale. But this is a great article. That is not to say there aren't pitfalls to the idea of anarchism, of course, but the basic principles can perhaps be seen as our North Star. We may never actually reach it, but it can guide us all the same.
I love David Graeber but had never read this essay. Thanks!!

Not yet, will definitely check it out!
Thank you Antonio🙏
